Duende is a self-organized and independent artist-cooperative housed in a building that provides 42 studios where independent artists carry out their work on a professional basis. The building is a former school, hired by the members of Duende cooperative from a communal housing company (OBR).
Apart from the permanent residents, Duende is running a gueststudio program, providing three large studios with a seperate living space, available for foreign artists for a period of three months. Look for details at Duende Activities (Duende Aktiviteiten).
